1. General Overview

  • SelfLine.in provides live botanical plants, agricultural seeds, gardening materials, pooja items, and related products delivered directly to customers across India.
  • By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Live Plants & Botanical Products Disclaimer

  • Natural Variation: Live plants are natural living specimens. The actual product delivered may slightly vary in size, color, shape, or foliage structure compared to the images shown on the website due to seasonal growth and natural characteristics.
  • Packaging & Transit (Without Pot): Unless explicitly stated otherwise, live plants are shipped securely without pots (with a protective root ball wrapped in moist, nutrient-rich soil) to ensure safe and lightweight transit.
  • Immediate Unpacking Required: Upon receiving your parcel containing live plants, you must open the package immediately, inspect the plant, and follow the basic post-transit care instructions (light watering and keeping in shade for 24–48 hours).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on SelfLine.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, or special offers at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order using our authorized online payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
  • In the case of extreme weather conditions that could damage live plants during transit, we reserve the right to briefly hold dispatch until conditions improve to protect plant health.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are packed or dispatched. Once a live plant order is handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your live plant or product arrives severely damaged or dead, you must contact our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.
  • After verifying the damage, we will process a free replacement or store credit/refund according to our Refund Policy.

6. User Account & Conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and address details.
  • Providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or contact numbers may result in delivery failure, for which SelfLine.in will not be held liable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand names, logos (SelfLine), product descriptions, images, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of SelfLine and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SelfLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or inability to access the website.
  • We are not responsible for plant death caused by improper care, overwatering, lack of sunlight, or wrong soil mix applied after receipt.
